Welcome to WittyGenie, a product operated by AuthenticAdventure OÜ, headquartered at Laane 15, Kuusalu, Harjumaa, 74601, Estonia.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-powered receptionist and chatbot services (*Services) . By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You may use WittyGenie only if:

You are at least 16 years old

You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

You are not restricted by applicable laws or sanctions

The Services are available globally with no location restrictions and may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

2. Description of Services

WittyGenie provides AI-powered receptionist and chatbot services designed to help marketers and businesses automate communication and customer engagement.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment Terms

We offer both:

Subscription plans (billed monthly via Stripe)

One-time purchases

A free trial may be available to new users. No refunds are provided once a subscription or payment is processed. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

5. User Responsibilities

By using WittyGenie, you agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes

Not submit or generate illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content

Respect intellectual property rights of others

Not misuse the AI (e.g., spam, deception, harassment)

Ensure compliance with your local laws and regulations

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Company Rights

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or misuse

Modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at any time

Remove any content that violates these Terms or harms our users or reputation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and models on WittyGenie are owned by AuthenticAdventure and are protected under intellectual property laws.

AI-generated outputs belong to the user if they have an active paid account or subscription.

Outputs generated during trial periods remain the property of AuthenticAdventure unless explicitly transferred.

We may use anonymized and aggregated user input and outputs to improve our Services — only after consultation with the client.

Users retain rights to their submitted content, provided it does not violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated outputs.

You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before use.
